the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia’s Courtesy Service is available to the public – subscribers and non-subscribers alike – to provide information about Accademia activities (Concerts, Pre-Concert Events, Exhibitions, Special Events, Master Courses, Cultural and Educational Activities).
The Service also includes information and reservations for the Shuttles.
In addition, the Courtesy Service offers assistance to Accademia subscribers and clients when necessary.

Special Auditorium Parking Rates for Subscribers
Santa Cecilia season ticket-holders can purchase a prepaid parking card (choose between multilevel or outdoor space), at a cost of only €3 for each concert in their subscription.
You can purchase a card at the parking cash desk in Viale De Coubertin.

Taxi Service
On the evenings of Accademia subscription concerts, a Punto Taxi (taxi stand) is set up in the Auditorium foyer to reserve a taxi to take you home in comfort right after the concert.

SHUTTLE SERVICE Relax before the concert even begins!

Once again during the 2011-2012 season, Accademia di Santa Cecilia subscribers can comfortably get to the Auditorium Parco della Musica using the Trambus Open Shuttle. This transport service, set up and managed by Trambus Open, allows subscribers to create their very own line for every concert series.

Trambus Open S.p.A., a company that is part of the ATAC Group of the Municipality of Rome, manages local and national tourist transport lines on open double-decker buses. The company is a leader in the sector, both for the quality and the quantity of services it offers. Its Rome lines are the 110 Open and Archeobus.

COMPAGNI DI VIAGGIO (TRAVEL COMPANIONS)

Thanks to this initiative, our subscribers can plan their own line: all you have to do is put together a group of 10 interested people and outline the possible shuttle route (of necessity, in adjacent areas). Trambus Open will evaluate your proposal and, if it is feasible, will see to scheduling shuttle stops along the route established. Activation, or not, of the line proposed will be communicated directly to subscribers by the Courtesy Service.

Payment will be made in two stages:

• First period, Sept/Oct 2011

• Second period, Jan/Feb 2012

For single concerts:

Roundtrip transportation service costs € 7,50.

SUBSCRIBERS

Inquire at Courtesy Service at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia - Auditorium Parco della Musica.

NON-SUBSCRIBERS

The non-subscription audience can take advantage of the Auditorium Shuttle for concerts in the Symphonic and Chamber Series. The cost of a roundtrip ticket is € 9,00.

The service is activated on request, upon completion of a form which is available at Courtesy Service.Activation is only guaranteed for reservations made at least 48 hours before the concert.
